Senior Paralegal - Trust and Estates Litigation

Career Consulting Partners is hiring for a nationally ranked Southern California law firm with a highly regarded Trusts & Estates Litigation practice. The firm needs a seasoned T&E Litigation Paralegal who is ready to lead. You'll report to a Partner with a substantial book of business and help guide another Paralegal on the team.

Responsibilities:

• Support 2–3 attorneys on trust and will contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, contested accountings, and related probate court matters.

• Manage calendars, court deadlines, e-filing, and case files.

• Draft petitions, objections, discovery, subpoenas, and declarations for attorney review.

• Prepare for mediations, hearings, and trial, including exhibits, trial binders, and witness materials.

• Lead, train, and review the work of another Paralegal.

• Meet a billable expectation of 1,500 hours.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of paralegal experience in T&E or probate litigation.

• Strong knowledge of California probate court procedures.

• Experience leading or training other paralegals or support staff.

• Meets the paralegal requirements of California Business & Professions Code §6450.

Compensation

• Total compensation of $100,000–$115,000, including bonuses, based on experience.

Location:

• El Segundo, CA

• Hybrid Work Schedule (3 days from home)
