About the role:
Partner ecosystem is growing fast and the marketing program that supports it needs to keep pace. We're hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to own execution across a select partner cohort: digital agencies, SIs, solution partners and select product partnerships. If you want to run a high-quality execution function inside a growing program at a fast-moving company, this is it!
You'll work within a program framework, taking strategy and playbooks from Partner Marketing lead and turning them into campaigns, activations and assets that drive pipeline and partner engagement. You'll collaborate closely with the Partnerships team to operationalise the co-marketing model and build repeatable motions that scale.
This role is for someone who gets things done. You manage multiple partners simultaneously, keep campaigns moving without hand-holding and produce work that partners actually use. You execute with precision and iterate quickly when something needs to change.
This role is a strong fit if you're comfortable owning a lane inside a growing program, thrive in fast-moving environments, and want to be close to product, partnerships and pipeline without needing to define the strategy yourself.
What you ll own:
- Solution Partner activations: Run co-marketing campaigns with prioritized cohort of 4-6 solution partners and agencies, aligned against a joint marketing plan. Own the brief, assets, timeline and results.
- Product partnerships execution: Support co-marketing with a focused set of 4 5 priority product partners. Campaigns are defined; you execute and track.
- Campaign operations: Assist in managing MDF requests, track co-marketing commitments, coordinate with partners on deliverables and report on pipeline contribution.
- Thru-partner content and adaptation: Work from a core library of partner content (think one-pagers, campaign kits, co-branded templates, activation decks) and adapt them for specific partner activations. Work with demand gen to ensure content fits the broader marketing calendar.
- Scale model: Collaborate with Partnerships team to document and operationalise co-marketing processes, so the program runs consistently as the partner count grows.
About you:
- 4 6 years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in partner, field, or ecosystem marketing
- You've run co-marketing campaigns with agencies, SIs, or ISVs you know the mechanics of a joint campaign from brief to results
- Strong executor: you manage multiple workstreams without dropping balls, and you know how to get things out the door
- Solid writer you can take a technical product story and make it work for a partner's audience
- Comfortable working within a framework set by others, while owning your lane fully
- Collaborative by default you work well with sales, partnerships, and field teams without needing hand-holding
- Bonus: familiarity with the frontend, ecommerce, or cloud developer ecosystem
- Extra credit: experience running campaigns with AWS or other cloud providers
Nice to have:
- Experience marketing to developer communities or running technical content programs.
- Worked in both high-growth startups and large-scale enterprise organizations.
