Job Overview
The Senior Partnerships Project Manager is a dynamic hybrid of a Business Analyst and Project Manager. This role is pivotal in driving the successful execution and continuous optimization of strategic partner initiatives, focusing primarily on application integrations with technology partners and Marketplace Fulfillment suppliers. In this position, you will deeply understand, document, improve, and communicate complex implementation processes across the organization, including activities related to intake, vetting, prioritizing, scoping, and launching new partnerships. By developing robust documentation and training programs, you will empower internal teams—including Sales and Customer Success—to independently support customers with technology integrations and Marketplace programs. Additionally, you will own the end-to-end enablement and onboarding experience for Marketplace suppliers. Balancing analytical insight with structured execution, you will carry out project management activities and perform critical tasks that drive overall partnership success.
