    Description

    Job Overview

The Senior Partnerships Project Manager is a dynamic hybrid of a Business Analyst and Project Manager. This role is pivotal in driving the successful execution and continuous optimization of strategic partner initiatives, focusing primarily on application integrations with technology partners and Marketplace Fulfillment suppliers. In this position, you will deeply understand, document, improve, and communicate complex implementation processes across the organization, including activities related to intake, vetting, prioritizing, scoping, and launching new partnerships. By developing robust documentation and training programs, you will empower internal teams—including Sales and Customer Success—to independently support customers with technology integrations and Marketplace programs. Additionally, you will own the end-to-end enablement and onboarding experience for Marketplace suppliers. Balancing analytical insight with structured execution, you will carry out project management activities and perform critical tasks that drive overall partnership success.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    Technology Vendor Partnerships:

    • Analyze, scope, and document the business drivers, technical workflows, and success criteria required to meet customer needs for technology partner integrations.
    • Articulate the functional capabilities of the Findhelp platform and integration APIs to guide both internal and external stakeholders through the business-level integration scoping process.
    • Develop, communicate, and manage implementation project plans with stakeholders.
    • Facilitate seamless handoffs from the Partnerships team to technical teams for the execution and deployment of prioritized integrations.
    • Proactively identify and help resolve integration partner roadblocks and escalations to keep timelines on track.
    • Collaborate effectively with internal departments—including Technical Solutions Engineers, Help Desk and Product Support, Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Marketing—to ensure seamless partnership execution.
    • Own the continuous improvement and scaling of integration documentation, enablement resources, and training materials.
    • Help support the operational lifecycle of technology partnerships, managing activities related to intake, vetting, prioritization, tracking, and performance reporting.

    Marketplace Supplier and Fulfillment Partnerships

    • Optimize, document, and manage the end-to-end onboarding and system configuration processes for Marketplace suppliers.
    • Execute and oversee supplier system configurations within the Findhelp platform to ensure seamless technical setup.
    • Coordinate and support operational financial workflows, including invoicing and payment tracking for marketplace partners.
    • Track, analyze, and report on key program performance metrics, such as Marketplace Fulfillment revenue, order volume, and supplier activity.
    • Manage the operational intake lifecycle for internal and external Marketplace requests, driving the vetting, prioritization, and tracking of incoming initiatives.
    • Develop, maintain, and deliver comprehensive educational materials and enablement resources to train both internal teams and external marketplace audiences.

    Qualifications

    • BS/BA degree or equivalent
    • 7+ years of demonstrated success in partnership management, account management, customer implementation, or business development roles within a software technology or SaaS environment
    • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach
    • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting on the fly to create clarity
    • Diplomatic and cooperative in the face of competing and shifting priorities
    • Excellent teamwork, facilitation, and collaboration skills along with exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
    • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
    • Detail-oriented, highly organized, excellent written communication skills
    • Experience documenting workflows, processes, and educational/training materials and desire to continue to improve implementation experience and materials
