Job Description The Senior Pastor will preach each week on Sundays and lead a lesson on Wednesdays. Throughout the week, the pastor will meet with members of the church and community to plan Bible studies and oversee the Financials of the church. Council members in need and visit those unable to attend due to physical ailments will also be visited.
The Senior pastor will be compensated fairly with a total pay package starting at $57,000.00. The compensation also includes a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom house on the church grounds. The house has been recently renovated. Additional room in the basement level could be used as a 4th bedroom.
The church itself sits on approximately 10 acres of land that is well kept by members of the church.
