Community Christian Church is a multigenerational congregation with a rich history and a bright future! We are rooted in the Independent Christian Church, and were committed to the teachings of Gods Word and to the unity of believers in Christ. We are located southeast of Indianapolis, Indiana, about 8 miles off of Interstate 465. New Palestine is a fast-growing community of 4000 and is growing daily as new housing areas are going up all around us.
We are currently in a season of transition as we work alongside our Interim Pastor to prayerfully seek the next full-time Senior Pastor for our church family. As part of this process, we have formed a Search Team made up of a diverse and dedicated group of church members who are enthusiastic about helping identify the right person to lead our congregation into its next chapter of ministry and growth.
Our church leadership is fully supportive of this hiring process and committed to providing encouragement, collaboration, and a healthy environment for our future pastor. The Search Team will guide candidates through the interview process, and we are genuinely looking forward to getting to know each person who feels called to explore this opportunity with us.

Community Christian Church is known for being a welcoming, caring church family that values biblical teaching, authentic relationships, and serving others with compassion. We strive to create an environment where people of all ages and backgrounds feel encouraged, supported, and connected.
One of the ways we are especially connected to the community is through our Sonshine Kids Preschool ministry, which has been a meaningful part of many local families lives. Through Sonshine Kids, we have the opportunity to support children during important early learning years while building strong relationships with parents and caregivers in the community.
We are also passionate about serving beyond our church walls. Every two weeks, members of our church travel to Indianapolis to help provide meals and support for individuals experiencing homelessness. This outreach ministry reflects our desire to live out Christs love through practical service, compassion, and relationship-building with those in need.
Our church is recognized for its heart for service, commitment to helping others, and desire to build meaningful relationships both inside and outside the church walls. Whether through worship, fellowship, outreach, childrens ministries, or by serving local families, we aim to reflect Christs love in practical, genuine ways.
We are excited about the future of our church and continue to seek opportunities to grow, serve, and make a positive impact in the New Palestine community.
