Join Our Team as a Senior Patient Care Coordinator - Neurology! As a Senior Patient Care Coordinator in Neurology, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients through complex and often life-changing care journeys, ensuring seamless coordination, timely access to services, and an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.

In this role, you'll take ownership of advanced scheduling, referrals, and care coordination across multidisciplinary teams while serving as a trusted resource for patients, providers, and caregivers. Your expertise will help guide patients through processes with clarity and compassion, while your experience allows you to mentor team members and contribute to overall clinic efficiency and performance.

This position is responsible for the overall coordination of seamless care for patients in a surgical and/or non-surgical setting. They will serve as a mentor and resource to Patient Care Coordinators by providing support, guidance and training as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in healthcare setting with increased responsibilities or 1 year experience in Patient Care Coordinator type role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.

The successful candidate''s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
