We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Senior Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This role is an integral part of our Finance and HR team and will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing for our multi-state operations.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in ADP WorkforceNow, Celergo, Lyric Payroll, and Payroll Systems Implementation. They will also have proficiency in PivotTables, Invoice Reconciliation, and Policy Development. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to make a significant impact in a growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end‑to‑end domestic and international payroll for a multi‑state workforce
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing, including wage & hour compliance, taxes, and benefits
  • Conduct payroll audits and maintain compliance with federal, state, and international regulations
  • Administer and optimize payroll systems and integrations
  • Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll with financial and invoice records
  • Serve as the primary contact for payroll inquiries and support employees as needed
  • Document payroll procedures, drive process improvements, and support cross‑functional projects

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing multi‑state payroll in an enterprise environment
  • Experience with ADP WorkforceNow, Celergo, or Lyric preferred
  • International payroll experience a plus
  • FPC or CPP certification preferred
  • Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information professionally
