Senior Payroll Analyst Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Process weekly multi-state payroll for hourly, salaried, and union employees
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with wage/hour laws, payroll taxes, garnishments, and wage orders
• 
  
• Reconcile payroll, investigate discrepancies, and make corrections
• 
  
• Resolve payroll issues and maintain accurate employee records
• 
  
• Support payroll system implementations, integrations, and process improvements
• 
  

Senior Payroll Analyst - Qualifications

• 
  
• Strong experience supporting high-volume payroll for 2,500+ employees
• 
  
• Proven experience with multi-state payroll
• 
  
• Experience processing payroll for hourly and salaried employees; union payroll experience a plus
• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
•
