Senior Payroll Analyst

• Participate in system upgrades, new application implementations, system patches and process improvements.
• Provide customer support for issues that arise.
• Identify system improvement opportunities that improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of payroll tax fillings.
• Resolve complex payroll issues through troubleshooting, researching and communicating with the necessary parties in a timely manner.
• Lead quarterly and annual audits.
• Implement, support and review quarterly and year-end balancing processes.
• Reconcile and respond to tax agency tax notices by working with third party vendors.
• Write payroll reports.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or finance.
• FPC or CPP preferred.
• Four to six years of payroll experience.
• Financial analysis experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
