We are looking for Senior Payroll Specialists to lead and manage payroll operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing while supporting strategic initiatives and system optimization.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle payroll processing for multi-state employees using UKG and Bullhorn platforms
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, tax laws and internal policies
  • Audi and maintain payroll records including timekeeping, deductions, benefits, and tax filings
  • Receive, review and enter garnishment, child support, and lien information from agencies and courts
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT Departments to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage payroll system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features
  • Prepare payroll reports, journal entries, and reconciliations for accounting and audit purposes
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and taxes with professionalism
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and stay current with payroll legislation and system enhancements
