Responsibilities of the Senior Payroll Specialist

• 
  
• The Senior Payroll Analyst will process biweekly payroll accurately and timely while ensuring employee pay, deductions, and adjustments are properly reflected
• 
  
• Review payroll information and support data to identify discrepancies and ensure payroll records remain accurate
• 
  
• Respond to employee payroll questions and provide timely resolutions to issues involving pay, deductions, taxes, and other payroll matters
• 
  
• Perform payroll reconciliations and research variances to ensure payroll-related accounts and records are accurate
• 
  
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with year-end processing, audits, and required payroll reporting
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Payroll Specialist

• 
  
• 3+ years of payroll experience with increasing responsibility
• 
  
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, deductions and compliance requirements
• 
  
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• 
  

Salary: $80,000-$100,000
