Job Title: Senior Pega Developer

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Experience Required: 10+ years in Pega development

Salary Range: $100,000 to 130,000/Annual & for Vendors: $65/hr CTC.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Pega professional with approximately 10+ years of hands-on experience in Pega development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and take full ownership of end-to-end delivery across complex enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the design, development, and deployment of Pega applications.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle including requirement analysis, architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
• Mentor junior developers and guide the team on Pega best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of exclusive experience in Pega PRPC development.
• Strong expertise in Pega 8.x and earlier versions.
• Proven track record of leading Pega implementations across multiple projects.
• Deep understanding of Pega frameworks, case management, decisioning, and integrations.
• Pega CSSA or LSA certification is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
