Responsibilities:
- Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities: As a Pega Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications to support our business processes and enhance our overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- Degree/Level of Education: University graduate or equivalent experience
- Certifications Required: PEGA architect certifications
- Years of Overall Experience: 8-10 years of experience
- How will performance be measured: Project deliverables
- Preferred/Ideal Candidate Background: 8-10 years of experience working as a Pega Developer, Agile mindset is crucial and required (8-10 years would be great) banking/financial elevates a candidate’s profile.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Pega Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) platform and Pega application development
- Proficiency in Pega configuration, customization, and integration.
- One or more Pega Architect certifications
- Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications using Pega methodologies and best practices.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
- SOFT SKILLS:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Banking/Financial experience
