Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives at the intersection of people and business performance? Do you bring both strategic perspective and hands-on execution to your work? We are seeking a Senior People Advisor to partner with leaders and employees across multiple U.S. sites, supporting both office and manufacturing populations. This is a high-impact role where you will help shape the employee experience, strengthen organizational capability, and drive HR excellence across approximately 300 employees. The Opportunity As a trusted HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning people strategies with business priorities. You will operate as both a strategic advisor and an operational expert-guiding leaders through complex employee matters, supporting organizational change, and ensuring compliance with U.S. labor laws and company policies. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across diverse environments, including commercial and manufacturing operations, while collaborating with an international HR team.

Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic and operational HR partner to leaders across multiple sites Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies Manage complex employee cases, including disciplinary actions, performance concerns, leave management, and exits Partner with leaders to drive engagement, organizational effectiveness, and culture initiatives Lead and support HR projects that deliver measurable business impact Support compensation and benefits processes in partnership with regional Rewards teams Collaborate with labor unions and participate in collective bargaining activities Contribute to organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives Coach and mentor managers and HR colleagues to build leadership capability Ensure consistent application of HR practices and compliance with all applicable regulations

What You Bring You are a seasoned HR professional who is comfortable navigating complexity, influencing stakeholders, and balancing competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field 10+ years of progressive HR experience in a Business Partner or HR leadership role Strong knowledge of U.S. labor and employment law Proven experience managing complex employee relations matters Experience working in unionized environments and supporting collective bargaining Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into action Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with sound judgment
