We're looking for an experienced Senior People Business Partner who excels in employee relations and enjoys partnering with leaders to build strong teams, navigate complex workplace situations, and foster a positive employee experience.If you're a trusted HR advisor who enjoys coaching leaders, conducting investigations, resolving employee concerns, and driving sound people practices, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns
- Conduct and manage employee relations investigations from intake through resolution
- Partner with leaders on corrective action, performance improvement, and conflict resolution
- Interpret and apply company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices
- Support leave administration and employee accommodation processes
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Human Resources or related field) strongly preferred
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant employee relations responsibility
- Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and advising leaders on complex employee issues
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
