About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior People Relation Partner to join our client's team in the HR sector. In this role, you will contribute to managing regional HR and PR guidelines, leading workplace investigations, and partnering with HR leadership to foster a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Own and oversee regional execution of workplace investigations, accommodations, and corrective actions, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Lead and participate in global business process projects to improve worker experiences and support a scalable self-service model.
- Act as an escalation point for high-risk or sensitive PR matters, including terminations and workforce actions.
- Monitor and report on regional PR metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Partner with Employment Legal, the Business Integrity Office, and HR leadership to address complex regional challenges.
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in worker relations, HR, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing workplace investigations and corrective actions across multiple regions.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices across multiple countries/regions.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess complex situations.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Fluency in Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and navigating cultural differences.
