Senior PeopleSoft Financials Architect Fin 9.2 GL Commitment ControlRequired Skills: Extensive expertise in PeopleSoft FIN 9.2, specifically within General Ledger (GL) and Commitment Control (KK). Experience analyzing People Code, AE programs, and other technical objects to identify root causes, customizations, retrofitting needs, etc. Proficiency in People Tools, Integration Broker, web services and REST and SOAP API integrations. Proficient at PS Query. Comprehensive PeopleSoft lifecycle testing experience. This resource will work on the functional team; however, advanced technical proficiency in PeopleSoft development and troubleshooting is required. Experience with PeopleSoft architectures with external applications. Hands on experience performing PeopleSoft development. Experience working with PeopleSoft application engines. Proficient using Application Designer. Proficiency in People Tools, Integration Broker, web services and REST and SOAP API integrations. Project management experience paired with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including leading functional design discussions and technical solution walkthroughs. Knowledge of SOA and other file transfer technologies. Experience creating custom inbound and outbound interface files with banking and other external systems. Knowledge with PeopleSoft tables and structures for research and analysts. Experience with production support, including issue triage, defect resolution and incident management. Experience writing enhancement documentation which includes and not limited to, requirements gathering, business analyst, configuration, identifying tables and code changes, test conditions, business risks, and alternative options.Preferred Skills: Experience with a large Government enterprise solution is desired.Job Responsibilities: Provide functional and technical support for PeopleSoft FIN 9.2 Financials, with primary focus on General Ledger (GL) and Commitment Control (KK). Analyze and troubleshoot complex PeopleSoft issues across GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Billing, and Travel & Expense modules. Perform hands-on development and troubleshooting using People Code, Application Engine, Application Designer, People Tools, and PS Query. Analyze PeopleSoft technical objects, customizations, and existing code to identify root causes, upgrade conflicts, retrofitting requirements, and system impacts. Design, develop, and support integrations between PeopleSoft and external applications using Integration Broker, REST/SOAP APIs, web services, SOA, and file-based interfaces. Develop and maintain inbound and outbound interfaces, including interfaces with banking and other external financial systems. Research PeopleSoft tables, data structures, and technical objects to support functional analysis, troubleshooting, reporting, and solution development. Lead functional design discussions and technical solution walkthroughs with business, functional, and technical stakeholders. Gather business requirements and develop enhancement documentation covering requirements, configuration, code/table changes, test conditions, risks, and alternative solutions. Plan and execute end-to-end PeopleSoft lifecycle testing, including purchasing, vouchering, AP/AR processing, GL journals, and Commitment Control processes.
