Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst 3 with deep expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 to provide senior-level functional and technical support for a large-scale statewide ERP environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting PeopleSoft Financials modules, system configuration, production support, batch processing, security, integrations, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills, along with experience supporting enterprise financial systems in a large public-sector environment.
 
Responsibilities
  • Provide functional support and expertise for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules (GL, AP, AR/Billing, Asset Management, Inventory, Project Costing, Purchasing, Travel & Expense, Contracts, Grants, eProcurement, Cash Receipts).
  • Perform functional configuration, maintenance, and system enhancements.
  • Support production issues, troubleshoot defects, and coordinate resolutions.
  • Gather business requirements and prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
  • Configure Business Units, SetIDs, Approval Workflow Engine, Profiles, Categories, and system codes.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and release activities.
  • Monitor and maintain batch jobs, schedules, dependencies, and performance.
  • Develop and customize reports using SQR, BI Publisher, and SQL.
  • Support integrations using PeopleSoft Integration Broker.
  • Utilize Application Designer, PUM, Change Assistant, Fluid UI, and Elasticsearch.
  • Maintain PeopleSoft security, including role-based access and multi-tenancy requirements.
  • Provide Tier 2 production support and coordinate with Tier 3 Managed Services.
  • Manage incidents using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
  • Participate in Major Incident Management (P1/P2), Disaster Recovery testing, and system upgrades.
  • Plan and coordinate Fiscal Year-End activities.
  • Deliver user training, documentation, and cross-training for support teams.
  • Ensure WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance.
  • Support audits, executive reporting, vendor management, and compliance initiatives.
  • Follow ITIL best practices for IT Service Management (ITSM).
 
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM and enterprise ERP systems.
  • 15+ years of experience with Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQR, SQL, BI Publisher, and SAP Business Objects.
  • 12+ years of experience performing PeopleSoft functional configuration.
  • 12+ years of experience supporting batch job monitoring (Run My Jobs or equivalent).
  • 12+ years of experience with enterprise security best practices and multi-tenancy.
  • 10+ years of experience supporting large multi-agency enterprise environments.
  • 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Financials.
  • 10+ years of experience supporting the General Ledger module.
  • 10+ years of experience in production support, system enhancements, and functional project coordination.
  • 10+ years of experience with PUM, Fluid UI, and Elasticsearch.
  • 10+ years of experience providing Tier 2 Service Desk support.
  • 10+ years of experience supporting Major Incident Management (P1/P2).
  • 10+ years of Disaster Recovery testing experience.
  • 10+ years of experience with executive presentations and audit support.
  • 10+ years of experience with vendor management and contract compliance.
  • 10+ years of experience planning and coordinating Fiscal Year-End processes.
  • 8+ years of experience preparing WCAG 2.1-compliant documentation.
  • 3+ years of experience with ITIL principles, ITSM, and IT Asset Management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
