Frequent travel (approximately 20%-40%), including overnight stays is required.The Senior Performance Engineer is an engineer that has exhibited outstanding performance in both project development, and the advancement of ESG ideals, thus designated as someone to emulate. A Senior Performance Engineer has all the same responsibilities as a Performance Engineer, with the additional responsibility to mentor other engineers as well as spearheading as the lead for technical assessment and viability of new technologies. As warranted, the Senior Performance Engineer is expected to have a holistic, programmatic and strategic approach to various vertical markets or clients, and serve as the subject matter expert for applicable elements.The Senior Performance Engineer is the primary technical project developer with in an ESG region. As the primary resource for technical expertise, Account Executives and Regional management count on Senior Performance Engineers to be responsible for understanding the technical needs and wants of a customer, then turning that information into accurate concrete solutions.
