About the Role:Lagstein Law Firm is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Personal Injury Case Manager to join our dynamic legal team in Los Angeles, CA. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in championing clients through every stage of their personal injury claims — making a real difference when it matters most.
Responsibilities:- Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury files from intake through resolution
- Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys to advance case progress
- Gather and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and supporting documentation
- Monitor client medical treatment and follow up to ensure proper care and documentation
- Draft demand letters, correspondence, and case summaries for attorney review
- Track case deadlines, statutes of limitations, and litigation milestones
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and compassionate support throughout the process
Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in personal injury case management at a plaintiff's law firm
- Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation processes, medical terminology, and insurance claims
- Experience with legal case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, or similar)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Demonstrated empathy and professionalism when working with injured clients
