About the Role:
Lagstein Law Firm is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Personal Injury Case Manager to join our dynamic legal team in Los Angeles, CA. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in championing clients through every stage of their personal injury claims — making a real difference when it matters most.



Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury files from intake through resolution
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys to advance case progress
• Gather and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and supporting documentation
• Monitor client medical treatment and follow up to ensure proper care and documentation
• Draft demand letters, correspondence, and case summaries for attorney review
• Track case deadlines, statutes of limitations, and litigation milestones
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and compassionate support throughout the process

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in personal injury case management at a plaintiff's law firm
• Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation processes, medical terminology, and insurance claims
• Experience with legal case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, or similar)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Demonstrated empathy and professionalism when working with injured clients
