An established personal injury law practice is seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Paralegal to join its team in either Tulsa or Oklahoma City. This high-impact role oversees both pre-litigation and litigation files, requiring exceptional organization, caseload management, and client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee personal injury case files from initial intake through pre-litigation and trial preparation.

• Draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery responses, and routine court filings.

• Request, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, and lien documentation.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.

• Assist attorneys with hearing, deposition, and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated experience as a personal injury paralegal.

• Proven proficiency in handling medical records, demand drafting, and court filings.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Work Environment

• Competitive base salary plus a performance bonus tied to attorney collections.

• On-site / Standard Office arrangement.

• Preferred location: Tulsa, OK or Oklahoma City, OK.
