Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 Base Salary + Monthly Performance-Based Incentive Compensation

Choice Insurance Agency is seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Senior Personal Lines Account Manager to manage an established book of business and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. This role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional who enjoys developing long-term client relationships, delivering coverage solutions, and mentoring less experienced team members.

The successful candidate will inherit an established portfolio of personal lines accounts and work closely with agency leadership, carrier partners, and support staff to drive client retention, satisfaction, and growth.

About the Role

In this position, you will manage an established personal lines book of business while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. You will collaborate with carrier partners, provide coverage recommendations, support account retention efforts, and identify opportunities to enhance client protection through consultative conversations.

Book of Business Details

• Approximate book of business size: $3 Million+ in annual premium
• Approximately 1,500 households/accounts under management
• Agency management system: Applied Epic and Microsoft-based tools
• Supported by a dedicated administrative team that assists with processing, documentation, and back-end service activities
• Client portfolio consists primarily of standard personal lines accounts

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an established portfolio of personal lines clients.
• Conduct comprehensive policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Process renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and cancellations.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and round out accounts based on client needs.
• Contribute to client retention and agency growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems.
• Stay informed regarding carrier products, market trends, and regulatory changes.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License.
• Minimum of 5 years of personal lines insurance account management experience.
• Strong knowledge of homeowners, auto, renters, umbrella, and related personal lines products.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar agency management systems.
