We are seeking a Senior Pharmacy Benefits Consultant to serve as a hands-on PBM strategy and execution leader within our pharmacy benefits consulting practice at a privately-owned, growth-oriented professional services firm. This role is designed for a consultant who will step immediately into a critical, client-facing role, taking direct ownership of PBM RFPs, market checks, ongoing PBM performance oversight and issue resolution.
This role requires a consultant who is highly responsive, detail‑oriented, and proactive, with the judgment and confidence to advocate directly with PBMs on behalf of clients. The successful candidate will be known for timely follow‑through, mastery of client plan design and contract details, and the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve issues.
