Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and operational oversight for inpatient pharmacy services, translating organizational priorities into measurable operational goals
Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, interns, supervisors, and other pharmacy personnel while strengthening accountability and succession planning
Partner with physicians, nursing, acute care, infusion, and senior pharmacy leadership to develop and implement clinical workflows, medication-use strategies, and best practices
Drive quality, regulatory, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with DEA, State Board of Pharmacy, HIPAA, accreditation standards, and organizational requirements
Use pharmacy, medication utilization, drug availability, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and influence strategic pharmacy and inventory-management decisions

What We’re Looking For
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent pharmacy degree
Washington Pharmacist License required at hire, or willingness and ability to obtain it
National Provider Identifier (NPI)
Minimum 5 years of pharmacist/pharmacy experience.
At least 3 years of leadership experience with direct reports
At least 2 years managing operational or project budgets
Strong experience in inpatient pharmacy operations within an acute-care hospital
