Under the supervision of the Chief Philanthropy Officer and the Executive Director, Philanthropy and the Senior Administrative Philanthropy Assistant provides high-level support to development or foundation leadership, managing complex calendars, donor correspondence, and board relations. Key responsibilities include donor database management (e.g., Blackbaud, Raiser''s Edge), gift processing, grantmaking support, event planning, and drafting reports. This seasoned role requires exceptional writing skills, discretion, and typically 3-5+ years of experience.

The successful candidate''s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
