Senior Plaintiff PI Attorney

$200K-$300K Base + 30% Origination +3% on Settled cases !

Newport Beach, CA (Hybrid flexibility for top candidates)

• Base Salary: $200K - $300K (DOE)
• Origination Bonus: 30% of fees on cases you bring in
• Non-Originated Cases: 3% on settled cases
• Additional bonus structure: TBD

This is a high-level plaintiff-side litigation role offering autonomy, quality cases, and meaningful earning potential. The firm focuses on high-value personal injury matters rather than volume work, allowing attorneys to concentrate on strategy, litigation, and results.

You will be trusted to run your cases independently while being supported by an experienced team and strong internal infrastructure.

• Boutique, litigation-focused personal injury practice
• Strong pipeline of high-value cases
• Robust pre-litigation department feeding cases into litigation
• Collaborative, professional, and drama-free environment
• Growth mode with plans to expand the litigation team

• Manage a full litigation caseload from complaint through trial
• Handle depositions, discovery, and motion practice
• Prepare and try cases where appropriate
• Work closely with case managers and paralegal support
• Focus exclusively on litigation (no pre-lit responsibilities)

• 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
• Trial-ready or comfortable preparing cases for trial
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload
• Experience with higher-value matters preferred
• Professional, self-sufficient, and team-oriented
