Summary Contribute to strategic execution of Japan development (Dev-J) projects and maximize early-to-approval pipeline value. And provide pipeline/resource status reporting and portfolio analyses to support informed decision-making, using advanced technologies. Contribute to provide pipeline/resource status reports and portfolio/pipeline analysis which contribute to informed decision-making at relevant management boards, leveraging state-of-art technologies.

About the Role Major Accountabilities:

  • Monitor pipeline status, value evolution, and competitive landscape.
  • Understand disease area and asset strategies; assess milestones, opportunities, and risks.
  • Support business case analysis.
  • Provide consolidated reporting and insights for JPLT and other governance boards.
  • Present portfolio/pipeline analyses to senior management.
  • Support JP teams in JPLT preparation.
  • Operate JPLT and ensure transparent project prioritization.
  • Provide pipeline information for external disclosures.
  • Ensure operational excellence in data/workflow management and adoption of new technologies.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and contribute to high-performing PPSM team.
  • Oversee quality management responsibilities (adverse events, compliance training).

Key Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc in Life Sciences, Finance, Marketing; MBA desirable.
  • 5+ years pharma/healthcare industry experience.
  • Experience in cross-functional team management and drug development.
  • Strong analytical and data-handling skills; Excel, PPT, programming preferred.
  • Project management and portfolio management understanding.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication (JP/EN), leadership, team player.
