In this role, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers and designers to create comprehensive 3D models and detailed construction drawings for industrial manufacturing plants. You'll play a crucial part in understanding the entire project scope, including timelines, output expectations, critical milestones, budget allocations, industry standards, and regulatory codes. Your responsibilities include estimating line counts and isometric quantities based on P&IDs and mastering client and project protocols. You'll manage design quality with 3D review software (AVEVA E3D/Navisworks), approve deliverables, and synergize with cross-disciplinary teams. Field verification and piping drawing accuracy are key, with experience in AVEVA 3D modelling and laser scanning being advantageous. You will also focus on safe design concepts that facilitate maintenance and construction in multi-disciplinary environments. Ideally, you bring substantial field experience, including walkthroughs to gather accurate data for model integration. The ideal candidate independently tackles complex issues, contributing to organizational growth and engaging in high-level client and subcontractor discussions to engineer sound solutions.
