Job Details
We are seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our plaintiff litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling complex personal injury matters, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in plaintiffs’ medical malpractice, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, or product liability litigation.
This attorney will play a key role in managing sophisticated cases from inception through resolution, including investigation, discovery, motion practice, negotiations, and trial preparation.
Qualifications
Licensed to practice law in Rhode Island (required)
Massachusetts bar admission strongly preferred
5+ years of litigation experience required; 10+ years preferred
Experience handling plaintiff-side medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, or complex personal injury matters
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Experience managing cases independently from initial evaluation through trial
Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of complex matters
Strong commitment to client advocacy and achieving exceptional results
