Senior Planner, Performance Media Strategy

This position requires a highly motivated and organized person to work on day-to-day media executions. This role is a digital planning role supporting full funnel campaigns across social (majority of activity), programmatic and search. This role will provide cross-platform strategic direction and support campaign management alongside the executional teams. This role works closely with numerous internal teams and is heavily client-facing so clear communication, a desire to work cross functionally, and superb project management skills is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client facing campaign project management platform end-to-end from internal briefing to campaign launch
  • Review media plans and pacing documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with campaign objectives and timelines
  • Partner with activation teams to ensure seamless execution by delivering clear briefs, maintaining transparent communication, and resolving issues in real time to keep projects on track
  • Continuously find ways to evolve workflow and areas of improvement to strengthen processes
  • Lead post campaign analysis insights for ad hoc activations and support Supervisor on larger branding reports; going beyond stating data points and translating results into strategic and actionable insights for the clients
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure accurate data population and continuously improve reporting processes
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and activation teams; lead day-to-day campaign management as the primary point of contact while ensuring timely, clear communication
  • Build and maintain client-facing trackers in real time to monitor campaign and content status from briefing to completion. Hold teams accountable to timelines by proactively following up on progress with activation teams
  • Update and present weekly client status reports, clearly speaking to key updates and addressing questions live

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2+ years of media buying/planning experience across digital (programmatic, search, social etc.) channels and reporting platforms.
  • Must have strong analytical, organization, communication, and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
  • Hard-working, reliable, detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc.
  • Ambitious and eager individual who can meet deadlines and is eager to learn, grow, and consistently take on new responsibilities

Compensation Range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
