What You'll DoIn this role, you'll be a key financial partner to our plant team, owning and supporting a wide range of accounting functions, including:Managing monthly financial close and reporting to accurately reflect plant performanceOverseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash reconciliationsSupporting inventory tracking, cycle counts, and cost accuracyMaintaining fixed assets and financial recordsAssisting with pricing, margin analysis, and operational decision-makingPartnering with operations and sales teams to improve financial visibilitySupporting audits, compliance, and process improvementsReviewing timecards and coordinating with payroll on regional submissionsIdentifying opportunities to strengthen systems, controls, and efficiencyThis role offers exposure to cost accounting, bookkeeping, operational finance, and analysis, making it a strong growth position for someone looking to broaden their skillset.
