Job Description
Venteon is currently seeking a Senior Plant Analyst with a leading global manufacturing company with facilities located in Halstead, Kansas.
Requirements for the Senior Plant Analyst
Bachelor s degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field
5+ years of financial analysis and accounting experience in a manufacturing space
Working knowledge and understanding of SAP
Fundamental understanding of US GAAP
Strong Excel skills

Responsibilities of the Senior Plant Analyst
Provide financial analysis, reporting and recommendations to support operational decisions
Develop and drive actions and financial plans to achieve targets
Analyst manufacturing performance and provide cost variances to enhance plant profitability
Lead month-end and year-end closing activities
Manage and own the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow to support all schedules
Prepare and maintain KPI s
Monitor Internal Controls
Perform fixed asset accounting, capitalization reviews, depreciation analysis and fixed asset inventory valuation
Support the annual budget, forecast and long-range planning process for the plant
