Act as a technical liaison between engineering, production, and project teams.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline (Mechanical or Industrial considered with relevant experience). 5-9 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering environment. Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, process validation, and root cause problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma tools). Experience working with manufacturing equipment, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Proficiency with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Demonstrated project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
