About the role
Our client is a fast-growing fintech scaling its core platform from millions to tens of millions of users. They are looking for a Senior Platform / DevOps Engineer to own the production environment, CI/CD, and developer experience. Full-time, on-site in Austin.
What you will do
- Own production infrastructure on AWS (or GCP), Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Design and operate CI/CD pipelines that ship safely many times per day
- Drive observability: metrics, logs, tracing, alerting, on-call quality
- Improve security posture: secrets, IAM, supply chain, runtime
- Partner with product engineers on cost, performance, and reliability
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of platform / SRE / DevOps experience in production
- Strong Kubernetes, Terraform, and Linux fundamentals
- Comfortable being on-call and leading incident response
- Comfortable in Go or Python for tooling and automation
- Bonus: experience with multi-region or regulated environments
