We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to help architect and evolve next-generation AI and database infrastructure platforms. This role combines system-level electrical engineering, platform integration, and infrastructure engineering, ensuring our platforms are scalable, resilient, and globally deployable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system-level design and validation of infrastructure features across platforms.
• Define and validate power architecture and thermal requirements for optimized systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and productionize new platform capabilities.
• Drive manufacturability and factory readiness, including production validation and deployment standards.
• Develop and maintain validation, characterization, and automation tools using Bash, Python, or C-based utilities.
• Support regulatory, EMC, and safety compliance activities for datacenter deployments.

Requirements

• Strong systems engineering background in server, storage, networking, or infrastructure platforms.
• Experience with datacenter power systems and thermal design considerations.
• Proficiency with Linux systems and command-line environments.
• Experience with platform debugging and performance analysis tools.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming using Python, Bash, and/or C.
• Experience with firmware, BIOS, BMC/iDRAC, or large-scale system configuration.
• Understanding of rack-level infrastructure, including PDUs and power distribution concepts.

Preferences

• Experience with global three-phase datacenter power distribution architectures.
• Experience with AI, GPU, or high-density compute infrastructure.
• Experience with thermal characterization and cooling validation.
• Familiarity with datacenter facility interfaces and regional power standards.
• Experience working with global ODM/OEM vendors and manufacturing partners.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in systems engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, or related technical fields.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and cross-functional engineering ownership.
