We're looking for a Senior Service Plumber who takes pride in solving problems and delivering the kind of service customers remember.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced technician who can diagnose issues quickly, communicate professionally with customers, and complete repairs and installations safely and to NYC code requirements. What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair plumbing system failures, leaks, drainage issues, water pressure problems, and related service calls in residential and commercial buildings
Perform repairs, replacements, and code-compliant alterations involving piping, fixtures, water heaters, pumps, valves, and specialty plumbing equipment
Troubleshoot and service hydronic heating systems, boilers, circulators, controls, and associated equipment
Perform minor fire sprinkler repairs, alterations, and troubleshooting while maintaining FDNY and NYC requirements
Complete installations, renovations, and field work while reading blueprints and maintaining high standards of workmanship
Communicate clearly with customers, document work accurately, and represent the company professionally on every job
What You Bring
Minimum 5 years of plumbing service experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Experience performing residential and commercial plumbing repairs
Knowledge of NYC Plumbing Code
Ability to work independently
Professional communication skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in mechanical rooms, crawl spaces, and occupied buildings
Experience with heating systems, fire sprinkler systems, backflow prevention, DOB work, or service software is a plus
