Senior Plumbing Engineer / Project Manager (MEP) | Fort Lauderdale, FL | $120K
We're seeking a driven Senior Plumbing Engineer / Project Manager to lead complex plumbing and MEP projects in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This hybrid role is ideal for a technical leader who can own plumbing system design, manage projects end-to-end, and build strong client relationships.
What You'll Do:

Lead design of plumbing systems (domestic water, sanitary, storm, and gas)

Manage full project lifecycle: scope, schedule, budget (P&L), and deliverables

Develop and review construction drawings, specifications, and calculations (Revit/AutoCAD)

Perform pipe sizing, fixture unit calculations, and code compliance reviews

Ensure compliance with Florida Plumbing Code, IPC/UPC, and local regulations
-
Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and architectural teams for integrated MEP design
-
Serve as primary client contact, leading meetings and driving project success

Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and support construction administration

Mentor junior engineers and support team development
What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in plumbing engineering and project management (MEP)

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, building codes, and construction processes

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination
-
Experience managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships
- PE license preferred (or in progress)

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
