DIRECT HIRE: An awesome opportunity for an experienced Senior Plumbing Estimator to join a dynamic company. This role is responsible for preparing accurate plumbing estimates, managing bid schedules, reviewing drawings/specifications, and coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers throughout the bidding process.

 Location: Pineville, NC
 Pay Range: $85K - $100K
 Shift: M - F, 7am - 3:30pm
 Weekly Hours: FT

Responsibilities:

Prepare plumbing estimates and bid proposals for commercial projects
Review plans, specifications, addenda, and project documents
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for pricing and scope coverage
Utilize FastEST/FastPIPE estimating software
Track bid results and assist with project turnover to operations
Maintain communication with project managers, general contractors, and owners
Develop budgets and monitor material pricing trends

Qualifications:

Experience estimating commercial plumbing projects
Proficiency with FastEST/FastPIPE preferred
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of plumbing materials and current market pricing
