Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This position is responsible for overall project execution, financial performance, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and client relationships.

Pay Range

$130k-$150k per year

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical construction projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, schedules, cost controls, and profitability.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, procurement, and field operations.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and field personnel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing HVAC, plumbing, piping, or other mechanical systems.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and contracts.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience leading project teams, superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
