Senior Program ManagerPay Range: $55/hour to $67/hour
Overview
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager M&A Integration to support large-scale integration initiatives within an Integration Management Office (IMO) structure. This role is responsible for driving execution of Day 1 and post-close integration activities, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and successful delivery of integration milestones.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in mergers & acquisitions (M&A) integration, strong program management expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, complex environments.
Role Focus Areas (One of the Following)- Front Office (Commercial / Communications): Integration of customer-facing functions and alignment to future operating model
- Technology: TSA management, systems transition, and platform integration
- Back Office (Finance / HR / Legal): Synergy identification, tracking, and value realization
Key Responsibilities- Drive execution of integration activities aligned to Day 1 and post-close milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, ensuring accountability and timely delivery
- Manage dependencies, risks, and issues, including escalation and resolution
- Support IMO governance, including status reporting, dashboards, and executive updates
- Facilitate working sessions, stakeholder meetings, and decision-making forums
- Maintain integration plans, milestone tracking, and reporting artifacts
TSA Management (as applicable):
- Track deliverables, timelines, and risks related to Transitional Service Agreements
- Coordinate TSA exit planning and execution across teams
Synergy Execution (as applicable):
- Drive synergy initiatives from planning through execution
- Track financial and operational benefits realization
End-State Planning (as applicable):
- Support development and execution of target operating model
- Align integration activities to long-term business objectives
Required Qualifications- 810+ years of experience in program management, integration, or transformation initiatives
- Direct experience supporting M&A integration (Day 1 and post-close)
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments
- Strong risk management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-pressure environments
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working within an Integration Management Office (IMO)
- Experience with TSA management, synergy execution, or operating model design
- Advanced degree (MBA or related)
- Background in large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives
