Your impact

We are looking for a highly motivated Program and Construction Management (PM/CM) leader with a history of delivering professional services in support of Army and/or, Air Force design and construction projects. You'll have the chance to work on a large Federal project near Las Vagas, NV where you will lead a large-scale multi-building Design-Build program utilizing your experience working on Government projects. You will manage CMa tasks through a matrix of technical subject matter experts, quality managers, project control specialists, cost estimators, schedulers, and quality assurance professionals. Your duties will include team building, CMa staff supervision, project controls, change management, and performance monitoring, and issue resolution on 5 or more projects running simultaneously. Your role as Program Construction Manager includes supervision of top talent with military construction experience, applying CM best practices, and guiding execution by the project delivery team. Your program/project responsibilities will encompass planning, multi-project bidding, design, and construction stages throughout the 5-year program. Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or Construction Management
• Experience with managing matrixed resources and onsite staff
• Experience in managing IDIQ task orders for professional services
• At least 15 years' experience in construction management and administration of large projects
• Knowledge of project planning, pre-construction, delivery methods, and building systems
• Knowledge of Design-Build (DBIA) best practices

Ideally, You'll Also Have:

• Professional Engineering Registration (PE); CMAA Certification; and/or DBIA certification

200,000.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

250,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $200,000.00 to $250,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
