Job Description
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior PMO Operations Analyst in Nashville, TN.
Duties Include:
- Manage and maintain project data across a large portfolio of strategic initiatives
- Monitor reporting dashboards and ensure data accuracy across multiple workstreams
- Support ongoing administration and enhancement of project management and workflow systems
- Develop and deliver training materials and onboarding resources for end users
- Facilitate recurring stakeholder meetings and track action items through completion
- Create process documentation, operating procedures, and user guides
- Design and improve workflows, templates, reporting structures, and governance processes
- Partner with finance and business teams to track initiative status, approvals, and documentation requirements
- Build reporting packages, dashboards, and executive-ready summaries
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in PMO, project operations, program support, business operations, systems administration, or related roles
- Experience supporting project management software platforms such as Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and process management capabilities
- Experience creating process documentation, training materials, and operating procedures
- Strong communication and stakeholder support skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Workflow automation experience
- PMO or transformation office experience
- Financial reporting or project tracking experience
- Change management experience
- Enterprise systems administration experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
