OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Portfolio Operations Analyst to join a high-performing investment operations team in a fast-paced environment. This is a senior-level, flexible role supporting multiple teams by balancing day-to-day operational oversight with key project initiatives. The individual will act as a go-to problem solver, stepping in to stabilize workloads, improve processes, and support business priorities. Responsibilities include overseeing and reviewing reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy, performing quality control checks, contributing to projects such as system conversions, automation, M&A integration, and insourcing efforts, and supporting teams during high-volume periods.
