Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Portfolio Business Analyst & Quality to support the enhancement of sales quality standards and portfolio management. This role focuses on improving persistency levels, ensuring compliance with sales practices, and driving corrective actions to maintain high-quality sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive initiatives to improve persistency and sales quality across channels
  • Monitor and achieve defined persistency benchmarks
  • Enhance portfolio management through a more proactive and analytical approach
  • Strengthen and improve sales quality processes and controls
  • Lead and enhance the effectiveness of quality calls and governance routines

Key Accountabilities

  1. Persistency Management
  • Prepare and share insufficient business reports with banca sales teams to support collection completion
  • Provide ongoing support to Banca and Agency sales teams
  • Conduct advanced analysis to identify improper sales behavior and recommend corrective actions
  1. Sales Quality & Governance
  • Conduct replacement analysis to identify policy replacements in line with guidelines
  • Share findings with relevant stakeholders to either resolve cases or apply required sanctions
  • Lead the Sales Quality Committee to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Develop and implement action plans to mitigate improper sales practices

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and risks
  • 5+ years of experience in sales quality, persistency, or portfolio management (preferably in insurance)
  • Good understanding of sales processes and governance frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work proactively and drive improvements across teams
