Senior PowerBuilder Developer - Richmond, VA (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 6 months
Seeking for a Senior PowerBuilder Developer to support the modernization of our legacy systems and develop interfaces with GenTax. Work in a collaborative environment under the direction of Taxation management.
Must-Have Skills:
- 7+ years of experience developing PowerBuilder applications using PowerBuilder 12.5 or higher
- 5+ years of experience in designing and developing clear and maintainable code
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with relational databases such as Oracle 19C or higher, MySQL, or similar
- 2+ years of experience developing interfaces to FileNet application
- 2+ years of experience developing interfaces to REST APIs
- 2+ years of experience using software project tracking tools like Azure DevOps
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with other application development teams, team leads, and business analysts
- Self-motivated and able to work well in a team
- 7+ years of experience working independently and collaboratively in an Agile development environment
Highly Preferred Skills:
- Technical knowledge in designing, developing, and maintaining processing and revenue management systems
- Product knowledge of the IRMS system and/or functional knowledge
