Job Description

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities by promoting MP IT Talent as a Service nearshore IT staffing solutions to prospective clients.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities by understanding market trends, client challenges, and talent acquisition needs.
• Deliver customized solution presentations alongside recruitment partners, demonstrating the value and capabilities of our nearshore staffing services.
• Lead commercial negotiations regarding pricing, margins, contractual terms, and service scope while ensuring profitable and sustainable client partnerships.
• Drive sales opportunities through the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal development to contract execution and service handoff.
• Grow and retain existing client accounts by developing relationships with key stakeholders and identifying opportunities for expanded services.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including client meetings, calls, pipeline activity, proposals, placements, and business development efforts.
• Partner closely with recruitment teams to align on client requirements, technical hiring profiles, and successful delivery of staffing engagements.

The Successful Applicant

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within IT staffing, professional services, or workforce solutions.
• Experience selling IT staffing solutions, with nearshore staffing experience across Latin America strongly preferred.
• Proven success in business development, client acquisition, and account growth.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively manage objections and close complex sales opportunities.
• Experience managing proposals and navigating consultative sales processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
• A results-oriented mindset, combined with accountability, consistency, resilience, and strong self-management skills.
• Native-level English proficiency; Spanish language skills are highly desirable.

The salary range for this role is $90k-$120k. This is the range we in good faith believe we would pay for this position at the time of posting. An employee's placement within the range will depend on factors including relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, performance, geographic location, and business needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and sales incentives.
