Including: Multifamily, Senior living, Mixed-use, Hotels, Academic - they also have a special projects division for life science and TI work. Large enough to have a significant and stable pipeline of projects, small enough where you are not just a number. Looking for a Senior Estimator/PreConstruction Manager to join their team.The Senior Estimator/PreConstruction Manager is responsible for:Reporting to Vice President of Preconstruction and PurchasingManaging Preconstruction Coordinator, Assistant Estimator, Preconstruction Engineer, Estimator, Senior EstimatorLeading preconstruction strategy (scheduling, logistics, execution planning)Overseeing estimating from concept through GMPManaging bid processes, scope alignment, leveling, and reconciliationDirecting project buyout with Project ManagementEstablishing field procedures and best practicesMentoring field staff through jobsite engagementManaging multiple pursuits and aligning resourcesCoordinating across departments to deliver client-ready proposalsMaintaining subcontractor relationships and tracking market trendsServing as primary client contact during preconstructionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
