Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed estimates for electrical power, lighting, and low voltage systems
Perform quantity take-offs and assign labor/material costs for accurate bid development
Evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing, including specialty equipment and systems
Support bid reviews, project handoffs, and change order evaluations throughout project lifecycle
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience in electrical contracting and estimating electrical construction projects
Strong expertise in power distribution, lighting, and low voltage systems
Proven ability to manage multiple estimates and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Electrical Engineering degree
Experience with ConEst software and projects in substations, healthcare, pharma, or data centers
Compensation: $150,000-$220,000
