- Lead preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and review project scopes, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for construction projects.

A successful Senior Preconstruction Manager should have:
