With a strong reputation for innovation, collaboration, and client service, the company offers employees the opportunity to work on impactful projects while providing a supportive culture focused on professional growth, leadership development, and long-term career success.Job DescriptionLead multiple projects through the full preconstruction lifecycle, from early design and feasibility studies through final construction documents and bidding.Develop and oversee conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, value engineering initiatives, comparative cost studies, and pricing strategies to ensure accurate project forecasting.Manage and coordinate preconstruction activities with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and operations teams to successfully transition projects into construction.Lead, mentor, and supervise preconstruction managers, assistant managers, and project engineers while driving team performance and development.Prepare and present estimates, budgets, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, supporting interviews and business development efforts.Evaluate project designs, building systems, schedules, logistics, and construction documents to identify risks, cost-saving opportunities, and scope gaps before construction beginsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
